Fashion and Thigh Highs..

So having wondered the streets of Hong Kong last night I found myself staring through the window at the burberry store at yet another pair of thigh high boots. A trend thats already made it's apperance more than once, can it really be back again?     Firstly it's summer and secondly is it really possible to pull these off?  Having recently seen a woman sporting thigh highs and a mini skirt I had my doubts.  However, my friend recently said when done right it can look amazing, these ladies seem to be among the few to get it right...
